Whether you need a tuxedo for a wedding, a suit for a new job, a runway-ready overcoat, or a full wardrobe of cotton and linen shirts, Natty Adams provides a unique one-on-one experience and product, perfectly tailored to you and your needs. I work out of my home studio in New Orleans’ French Quarter, but I make regular visits to New York and New Jersey and less frequent visits to Washington DC, Los Angeles, Paris, and London. Choose me instead of the competition if you want a highly personal and dedicated touch, someone with an eye for design and a knowledge of fashion history that goes beyond tailoring cliches about “curated” wardrobes and design platitudes about “timeless elegance.” This is a suit to suit you.
After booking an appointment we’ll meet and choose fabrics and linings, try on sample garments, discuss design details, and possibly have too much fun and too much to drink. After taking measurements, I have a pattern drafted locally which is then sent to an overseas workshop along with the fabric, where main construction is done. When the garment is ready there is a second fitting, and alterations and hand-finishing will be done by a local tailor. I am transparent about my design and manufacturing and will never lie or mislead my clients about where or how each garment is made.
Unlike many of my competitors, I do not offer “Extra Value Meal”-style package pricing for clothing. Each piece is itemized on your invoice and priced separately so you know what you’re paying for and why.
